Well, it’s official. Iraqi Prime Minister Iyad Allawi said today (BBC) that “some pockets” of Iraq will not participate in the elections on January 30th. Hi again. So, last weekend Victoria got dumped on, or at least our small neighbourhood, with about 30 centimeters of snow… about 1.5 feet!
