In June this year, your paper printed an opinion column with the words: “It is insanity to equate residential schools with the Holocaust”.
On Sunday September 27th, a group of men dressed all in black with white masks over their faces, held a banner near the site of the Kamloops Indian Residential School in Tk’emlúps te Secwépemc territory. The banner read “Got Bones?”.
The group was the Second Sons of Canada.
It appears the National Socialists showed up to agree with this paper.
P.S. Terry Glavin has been upset about us being upset about residential schools for years now. Perhaps now that he’s found his people he’ll settle down. *sarc
